Decking the halls!
I’ve spent the weekend decorating the house so crack open the chocolates and mull the wine, it’s officially Christmas.
I try to use as many handmade decorations as I can and this year I’ve invested in new ones from Etsy sellers and from some craft fairs to add to the ones that I have made over the years. I’ve also foraged some winter greenery and filled the house with clementines, nuts and chocolates.
My favourite handmade additions this year are from Sarah Matthews, ArtCuts, Woodcraft Boutique, Wychwood Studios and Foldable Me
I wrapped battery powered lights around my favourite basket and filled it to the brim with chocolates!

Woollen pom poms, laser cut wooden stars and decorations made by my lovely Mum!
Sarah Matthew’s amazing paper but mittens made the tree look cozy!

Foldable Me are doing special Christmassy outfits this year!
My painted jars make a fab home for little candles next to my paper origami stars!
The table gets a little tree and lights of it’s own, decorated with mini pom poms and ribbon and surrounded by fruit, nuts and candy canes – all the major Christmas food groups!
In the kitchen a favourite teapot is Christmassified with ribbon and lots of evergreens.
